• Plansaprogramofstudythatfollowsdistrictguidelinesand,asmuchaspossible,meetstheindividual needs, interests and abilities of students.
• Implements researched-basedteachingstrategiesthatengageallstudents;acknowledgingarangeof abilities of students and cultural backgrounds.
• Createsanenvironmentconducivetolearningandmotivatesstudentsthrougheffectivecommunication and evaluative feedback.
• Implementscurrentdistrictcurriculumandsubjectmatterthatisgradelevelappropriate.
• Plansforandguidesthelearning processtowardthemasteryof curriculum goals, andestablishesclear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects that are clearly communicated to students.

• Bachelor'sdegreeinrelatedsubjectfromaccrediteduniversity(Required).
• Appropriate Illinoisteachingcertificate(Required).

• Knowledgeofandabilitytoimplementthe Rt Iprocessandtieredinstructionandinterventions .
• Teachingexperienceispreferred,butnotnecessaryforhiring.
