Kinder Care Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor peers, implement our curriculum, and foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment in Bloomington, IL. You will partner with parents and leadership to drive enrollment and program engagement while supporting children’s growth and wellbeing.
Required CDA or candidacy, 2–3 years ECE experience, and ability to lift 40 pounds. Minnesota premium pay noted for classroom hours is part of the compensation discussion.
