Experienced Estimator​/Project Manager

Selvaggio Steel is looking to hire an Experienced Estimator/Project Manager

Construction or Manufacturing estimating / project management experience required

Selvaggio Steel uses State of the Art project management and estimating software to facilitate both the fabrication and construction process.

You must be able to multi-task, and you need to enjoy working out problems and communicating with construction clients.

Annual base pay (hourly with mandatory overtime) starts $70k-$95k depending on level of experience. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Selvaggio Steel Inc. considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

• Willing to contribute and grow with our well respected organization
• Experience with architectural and/or engineering drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or REVIT 3D modeling
• Proficient with computers and engineering math

• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, architects and production staff.
• Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates and/or manufacturing drawings
• Using computer software to calculate cost estimates or document the fabrication process
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good project management and advanced analytical skills
• Can follow through without direct supervision
