Maintenance Planner Electrical

Constellation Energy seeks a Maintenance Planner Electrical to develop, schedule, and optimize electrical maintenance activities across power generation and utility assets. Reporting to Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management, you will build job plans, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, reliable equipment performance using CMMS tools and reliability data. You will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and contractors to reduce downtime, support outages, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize electrical maintenance plans for plant assets
• Create, prioritize, and schedule work orders in the CMMSCoordinate with operations, engineering, and contractors to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate asset data, job plans, and spare-parts lists
• Analyze equipment performance to improve reliability and reduce failures
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Support outage and shutdown planning for major electrical work
• Provide technical guidance on electrical maintenance best practices
