E. Cheese as a Party Host, a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to guests at birthday parties and events. This position supports a fun and safe environment for children and families while ensuring excellent customer service.

Hourly: $15.00 – $16.00

Commission Potential:

• Exempt: $0.50 – $10.00 per Membership sold; $0.15 – $3.00 per Fun Pass sold (paid bi‑weekly).
• Non‑Exempt: $2.00 – $8.00 per Membership sold; $0.60 – $2.40 per Fun Pass sold (paid bi‑weekly).

• Prepare party area by setting up tables and decorations.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payment transactions.
• Attend to guests, ensuring the birthday child has a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the party zone.

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during a scheduled shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during a scheduled shift.
• Must handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Available to work various shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
