About The Role
Handles inbound requests from advisors and provides support to team members in the investment services division. Manages all new business calls and reviews paperwork to ensure efficient processing of new business. Provides information about products, investment options, account setup, taxation and regulatory/compliance questions, online access, contributions, distributions, transfers/rollovers/conversions, excesses/recharacterizations, and general account information.

- Manage new business calls and review paperwork, addressing non-suitability issues and facilitating communication.
- Assist with account setup, maintenance, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide information about products, investment options, account setup, taxation, regulatory/compliance questions, and general account information.
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
- FINRA registrations and Life Health Insurance license may apply to some levels within this family.
This position is part of a job family. Placement will be determined by skills and qualifications of the candidate.
Base Pay Range$54,800-$75,350
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive PayIn addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
