About the role

As a COUNTRY Trust Bank Client Services Associate, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and Financial Advisors while supporting the smooth execution of daily operations. In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and Financial Advisors to resolve issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure work progresses efficiently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

How does this role make an impact?

Handles inbound requests from Financial Advisors and clients, providing guidance and support.

Manages servicing calls, reviews paperwork,processes servicing requests, addresses non-suitability issues, and facilitates communication.

Completes account setup, maintenance, contributions, distributions, and transfers ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Provides information about products, investment options, account setup, taxation, regulatory/compliance questions, and account information.

Base Pay Range:$42,400-$58,300

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
