Responds to member requests and provides information by phone, email or in person.# How does this role make an impact?
- Greets and welcomes members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Provides prompt, accurate and efficient service in the processing of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and cash advances.

- Processes bulk coin, accesses safety deposit boxes and sells products, such as money orders, vehicle registration stickers, gift cards and postage stamps.

- Maintains an accurate balance of cash and checks. Reconciles and negotiates foreign currency transactions.

- Develops and maintains knowledge of a full range of credit union products and services in order to answer member questions and identify cross-sell opportunities.

- Accesses, balances and reports ATM figures and processes incoming mail as needed.

- May be cross trained to assist in other areas of the credit union such as new accounts and lending.# # Do you have what we're looking for?
- This is an entry level support role, which does not require previous experience.

- This job operates in a credit union environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, calculators, scanners and copy machines.

- Regularly works daytime and Saturday hours with occasional overtime.

- Ability to work full days at a 45” counter.

- Ability to manage large amounts of coin (up to approximately 50 pounds).
** Base Pay Range:**$31,600-$43,450

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
** Incentive Pay:
** In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.#
