Manager – XP Analytics , ECP

Responsibilities

• Develop the destination vision for Offers in EASE with product partners in the space.
• Define what destination looks like, how to measure it, and how to get there from where we are today.
• Ideate with product teams on what new features or changes are necessary to achieve destination.
• Design experiments to test feature effectiveness including key hypotheses, supporting metrics, power analyses for durations, and credit risk implications.
• Monitor experiments post-launch and interpret results after conclusion to advance the digital strategy.
• Provide insights on digital customer behavior to quantify business impact and guide decision-making.
• Manage and develop 1-2 analysts.

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
• A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in analysis
• 2+ years of experience in financial services
• 1+ year of experience in consulting
• 2+ years of experience in people management
