KYM Advisors is seeking a highly organized and mission-focused Program Operations Analyst to lead cross-functional tiger teams supporting critical government initiatives. This role is responsible for driving rapid-response task execution, coordinating stakeholder meetings, managing administrative operations, and ensuring timely completion of high-priority actions in a fast-paced classified environment.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment supporting senior government officials. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting cabinet-level or senior executive leaders, familiarity with interagency coordination, and a demonstrated commitment to professionalism and precision in all aspects of delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate tiger teams to address urgent operational priorities, special projects, and emerging requirements.
- Manage daily activities, task tracking, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings, briefings, and working groups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, document action items, and track follow-up items to completion.
- Oversee administrative functions including reporting, correspondence, calendars, staffing actions, travel coordination, and records management.
- Develop executive-level briefings, status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments, leadership, and mission partners.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient workflows.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and handling of classified information.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. Please note, US Government TS/SCI with polygraph requires U.S. Citizenship
- BS+18 years, Master’s+10 or 24 + with no degree
- Bachelor’s degree in National Security, Foreign Affairs, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience providing direct support to executive-level leadership.
- Proven experience leading tiger teams, special projects, or cross-functional task forces.
- Strong meeting management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify and protect sensitive information while engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
