The position conducts federally mandated interviews statewide, investigates program recipient information, and prepares detailed reports on case accuracy and regulatory compliance.
This is a full-time salaried role with the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Community Services, based in Bloomington.### Key qualifications
* Four years of college with coursework in behavioral sciences
* Two years of professional experience in casework or related area
* Ability to conduct detailed analytical and investigative case record reviews
* Knowledge of SNAP policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations
* Experience preparing clear and accurate reports using Microsoft Office programs
