Overview
Join a busy and well-established Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine clinic in Bloomington, Illinois. Our team currently includes two board-certified physicians and one experienced APP, and we’re looking to add another dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our growing patient population. This is a full‑time outpatient position with a standard Monday‑Friday schedule. The APP will primarily provide care in the Bloomington clinic, with travel to our Pontiac location 2‑4 times per month for additional clinic coverage.

- Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $55.20 – $70.00 per hour
- Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing narcotics.
