• Drive education, access, and adoption of Neurocrine products within post-acute and long-term care settings
• Manage relationships with external prescribers, internal facility stakeholders, and LTC pharmacies
• Develop and implement detailed account plans for assigned facilities
• Lead product education initiatives to promote appropriate resident identification and treatment
• Navigates complex healthcare environments, including regulatory and reimbursement barriers

• BS/BA degree in science or related field and 4+ years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care sales
• Proven record of sales performance and goal achievement in specialty pharma or biotech
• Strong sales and account management skills with exceptional communication abilities
