About the Role

This is an in‑person, community‑based role serving pediatric clients across the greater Chicago area. Therapists choose their own service area, schedule, and caseload size. Coral Care supports you with patient matching, scheduling, billing, insurance, and credentialing—so you can focus on care, not admin.

This role is ideal for OTs seeking autonomy, higher earning potential, and flexibility without the overhead of private practice.

Compensation
  • $70 per treatment session
  • $45 no show fee if patients no shows or cancel under 24 hours

Therapists control how much they work and how much they earn.

  • Choose your own hours and service radius
  • PRN, part‑time, and full‑time caseloads available
  • No minimum weekly hour requirements
