We’re hiring at Illinois Healing Center for Trauma and Addiction.

IHC is looking for a psychotherapist who is warm, clinically serious, growth-oriented, and genuinely interested in trauma and addiction work.

This is not the right role for someone looking for light, surface-level therapy work. Our clients often come in carrying shame, trauma, addiction, relational pain, and complex stories that require steadiness, compassion, and strong clinical instincts.
