In this role as a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll have the opportunity to work in:

• ASD Diagnostic Clinic: Play an essential role in our multidisciplinary team, conducting comprehensive evaluations, providing early diagnoses, and developing personalized communication strategies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Early Intervention Services: Collaborate with families to support children under age 3 in reaching critical developmental milestones through Speech-Language Therapy in natural environments like homes, daycares, and community spaces.
• Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation: Join an interdisciplinary team delivering outpatient services to children and families, focusing on speech and language development, communication strategies, and social interaction skills to enhance children's everyday functional abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation for this position is expected to fall within the range of $60,000 – $70,000 annually. The final offer may be structured as either an hourly rate or a salary, depending on the role classification, and will consider several individualized factors including relevant experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, qualifications and credentials, talent availability and specialization, and organizational needs. This range is subject to change in the future.
