Job DescriptionThe Wellness Director will be responsible for:
- Supervising, developing, and scheduling the resident services staff
- Providing activities of daily living assistance to the residents as needed
- Providing training and orientation to new assisted living staff members and ongoing training to current staff members
- Performing assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and establish appropriate service plans
- Scheduling and supervising staff; available to cover staffing when needed
- Must possess a current and active State license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably Senior living leadership
- CPR Certification
- Medical, Dental and Vision Options
