What You Bring:
- Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in working in a school-based setting
- Ability to engage with elementary-age students and adapt to their individual needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to assist on-site and support a lead SLP returning mid-semester
- Commitment to following required school and district onboarding procedures (including possible fingerprinting requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based SLP services to students at one elementary school, focusing on communication skill development
- Work with a dynamic school team and provide short-term support during a transition period
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student success
- Complete necessary assessments, progress notes, and documentation in a timely manner
- Adapt service delivery as the SLP lead returns later in the semester
