The Clinical Program Manager for Youth Services provides leadership, supervision, and program oversight for youth-focused clinical services. This role supports therapists and case managers, ensures high-quality care for youth and families, and contributes to program development and growth.
This position includes supervisory responsibilities and a small caseload (8–10 client sessions per week).
What You'll Do:- Lead and expand youth and family-focused clinical programs
- Supervise and mentor therapists and case managers
- Develop innovative group programming and services
- Use data and outcomes to improve quality and impact
- Build strong partnerships within the community
- Provide direct therapy (8–10 sessions weekly)
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Strong clinical experience working with youth and families
- Leadership and supervisory experience (or readiness to step into it)
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Ability to balance program management with clinical practice

- Master’s degree in a related mental health field
- Clinical licensure required (LCPC, LCSW)
- 2-3 years supervisory/management experience required
- Ability to work with diverse clients
- Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 and Rule 140 preferred
- Monday - Friday, onsite
