You'll enjoy a consistent daily schedule, working from 8:10 a.m. to 3:10 p.m., and focus your expertise on the unique needs of each location. At Lincoln Middle School, you'll serve 123 students with IEPs, providing psychological counseling, assessment, and support for students aged 11-14. Over at Havlicek Elementary School, your guidance will be essential for 102 elementary-age children with IEPs, collaborating with staff and families to foster a nurturing educational environment.

Candidates with experience in school psychology and a genuine passion for supporting diverse learners will thrive in this setting.

Qualifications:

• Current School Psychologist certification in Illinois
• Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engagement with students, staff, and families
• Ability to travel between two school locations as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations for students with IEPs
• Deliver direct psychological services, including counseling and behavioral support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on the creation and review of IEPs
• Provide consultation to educators and parents regarding student progress and interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
