Room Program Coordinator

The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Living Room Program Coordinator. (Full-Time)

• Work closely with the Program Manager and living room staff to plan and provide 24/7 short-term crisis respite services in McLean County
• Supervise and evaluate the crisis respite staff, including peer staff
• Work closely with CHS and other community providers, law enforcement, and physicians
• Provide agency-wide and community training when requested
• Share coverage duties as needed

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Credentialed as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) in the State of Illinois required
• Three years of experience in community behavioral health, social service setting, and/or crisis intervention preferred
• Shall be familiar with and supportive of the domains of Advocacy, Professional Responsibility, Mentoring, and Recovery Support utilized within the program
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Illinois driver’s license

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
