Clinical Dietitian

This position calls for a professional who can assess patient nutritional needs, develop personalized dietary plans, and monitor their effectiveness while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive rehabilitative care.

• Assess nutritional needs and dietary restrictions of patients.
• Develop personalized meal plans that align with medical treatment goals.
• Consult and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to integrate dietary plans with overall patient care strategies.
• Monitor patient adherence to dietary plans and adjust as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on proper nutritional care.
• Participate in patient case conferences and team meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest nutrition research and rehabilitative methods.
• Expertise in nutritional assessment and personalized meal planning.
• Strong communicative and educative abilities.
• Proficient in using dietary analysis software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.
