** cohort. These structured programs support newly licensed registered nurses transitioning into professional practice through clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, peer support, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement.

• Clinical Rotations:
Med/Surg-focused residents rotate through three settings before final placement (Medical, Surgical, Ortho/Neuro/Spine, General Surgery, Oncology, Pulmonary Medicine, Cardiovascular Services).  
• Specialty Placement (Subject to availability):
Critical Care, Surgical Services, Family Birthing Center, Endoscopy/GI Lab, and Operating Room

• Clinical Rotations: 3-setting rotation prior to home placement (Neuro/Urology/Overflow, Medical Oncology, Cardiovascular/Stroke Telemetry, General Medical/Surgical, and ICU Stepdown/Overflow).
• Specialty Placement (Subject to availability): ICU and Emergency Department

Days and nights required with rotating weekends/holidays. Rotates initially, then transitions to 36 hours/week (12-hour shifts, every other weekend) on home unit.  
• Clinical Rotations:
Rotates through selected medical/surgical settings before placement (Cardiac Renal, Post-Surgical, Neurology, Orthopedics, Medical Pulmonary, Oncology, Medical Observation, General Medical, and Medical-Surgical).
