Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park – a luxury hotel located in the heart of Chicago, part of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Accor portfolio.

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Prioritize the day based on daily reports for occupancy, arrivals, departures, stay‑over and VIP guests.
• Check, stock and ensure accurate billing for all products in the Refreshment Center.
• Ensure all products are fresh.
• Requisition, stock and prepare all products.
• Accommodate last‑minute changes and requests as needed.
• Provide warm greeting and assistance to guests encountered on floors.
• Provide service within Fairmont and hotel standards.
• Participate in deep‑cleaning projects of Refreshment Centers.
• Aware of all hotel business daily and guide guests accordingly.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous hospitality experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for guest service.

• Constant walking throughout shifts.
• Pushing carts in excess of 50 lbs.
• Constant bending required and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds of force.

$27.27 per hour.

Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
