Job Shift: Open Availability

• Greet customers upon arrival.
• Help guests with reservations and guide them to their tables.
• Give guests accurate wait time estimates.
• Provide menus and answer initial questions.
• Optimize seating to ensure even workload for wait staff.
• Answer phones and schedule reservations.
• Perform side work, station set‑up, and light restaurant maintenance.

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• High stamina for working on feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
