We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our corporate team, supporting key functions such as Business Technology, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and the People Team.
This role is critical in shaping organizational effectiveness, fostering leadership development, and driving change initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnering with executive teams, managing organizational change, and leveraging data to inform decision-making, all within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you’ll do- Collaborate with senior leadership across various corporate functions to develop and implement talent strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational structure, workforce management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to ensure the company's long-term growth and stability.
- Lead organizational change efforts, including team restructures, leadership transitions, and process improvements, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption.
- Work closely with the Finance and Compensation teams to develop headcount strategies, support promotions, and manage organizational investments to optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct talent assessments, identify high-potential employees, and support succession planning efforts to prepare future leaders within the organization.
- Analyze workforce data, engagement surveys, and other metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Support managers and leaders in navigating complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
- Build trusted relationships with executive teams, influencing decision-making through data-driven insights, strategic counsel, and effective communication.
- Facilitate leadership development programs, coaching sessions, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities across the company.
- Partner with HR colleagues to ensure alignment of HR policies, practices, and initiatives with business needs and company values.
- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development projects that support company growth and cultural evolution.
- Serve as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance within the organization.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience supporting HR Business Partner functions, Organizational Effectiveness, Management Consulting, or related roles.
- Proven experience supporting VP-level executives and senior leadership in corporate functions such as Finance, Technology, Legal, Strategy, or HR.
- Demonstrated success in leading initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, or change management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data, engagement metrics, and other relevant information to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with experience managing relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees such as an MBA are a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development principles.
- Experience working in a technology-focused company or in a corporate environment supporting multiple functions is preferred.
