Talent Acquisition Manager – People Leader

• Deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC's talent needs
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal clients
• Work with senior management to plan and execute the hiring strategy
• Provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters
• Support networking, sourcing, and building candidate pipelines
• Recruit for positions ranging from Director to front-line staff
• Focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire, and consulting
• Travel, including overnight stays

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a position requiring demonstrated leadership ability
• Project management work experience on a corporate level
• Negotiation skills including vendor agreement experience
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays
• Preferred:
  Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business
• Preferred:
  Experience in all levels of exempt and non-exempt recruitment
• Preferred:
  Experience with high volume Customer Service Recruitment
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of relevant laws, internal policies and procedures, and organizational changes that may impact HR information
• Preferred:
  Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems

Demonstrates expertise in full-life cycle talent acquisition, including strategic recruiting, team leadership, and project management. Proficient in building candidate pipelines and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to relevant HR laws and policies.
