- Extensive hands-on experience as a Manual Functional Tester within the Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance domains.
- In-depth functional knowledge of Billing and Payments ecosystems, including Majesco Billing and other P&C and Life billing systems, as well as insurance billing and payment processing applications.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive testing of billing and payment sites/applications, ensuring accuracy across all touchpoints.
- Demonstrated experience with integration testing for Billing and Payments platforms, CRM and digital platforms, third-party vendor billing systems, and Life Insurance platforms.
- Thorough understanding of billing system nuances, business rules, and configuration behaviors.
- Highly skilled in preparing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Execution Plans.
- Capable of operating as a QA Lead for billing systems testing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling professional interaction with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, vendor teams, and CRM/digital teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Responsible for periodic QA reporting, test progress updates, risk metrics, and escalation management.
