Overview

Role: Senior Dev Ops Engineer

Work Location: Bloomington, IL

Seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer with 5 to 12 years of experience specializing in Azure Dev Ops to design, implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

• Design, implement and manage Azure Dev Ops pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools within Azure
• Monitor and optimize Azure cloud resources to ensure high availability and performance
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate Dev Ops best practices and tools
• Ensure security, compliance and governance within Azure Dev Ops environments
• Stay updated with the latest Azure Dev Ops features and industry trends to recommend improvements

• Lead the design and deployment of scalable, reliable and secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops
• Manage source control, branching strategies and release management processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build, deployment and infrastructure
• Mentor junior team members on Azure Dev Ops practices and tools
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation and review sessions to ensure timely delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Dev Ops processes and automation
