Data Analyst, Business Intelligence

The BI Analyst executes complex data analysis and reporting initiatives. This role partners closely with business leaders to define requirements, design dashboards, and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
Responsibilities- Independently gather, integrate, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and scalable reporting solutions in Excel, Looker, and other BI tools
- Perform advanced trend analysis and statistical evaluation to identify business drivers
- Translate business requirements into SQL queries, data models, and analytical frameworks
- Deliver data‑driven recommendations to improve performance and operational outcomes
- Support ad hoc analytic and scenario modeling requests
- Work closely with Data Science and Data Engineering to support reporting needs
- Serve as key analytics partner to various business units
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field
- 2‑5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards (Looker preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint and Click Up preferred
- Strong problem‑solving and project management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Base salary range: $63,000 – $69,000 USD. Salary includes base, bonus, and benefits. Salary determined by role, level, location, and other factors.
