Clinical Specialist; Medical AI – Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our Medical AI team on a 50% part‑time basis. You will work at the intersection of medicine and AI, creating clinical datasets, evaluating AI‑generated outputs, and providing clinical expertise throughout the product development process to help build safe and reliable healthcare AI solutions.

• Create and validate high‑quality clinical datasets for AI model development and evaluation.
• Review AI‑generated clinical outputs and provide structured clinical feedback.
• Perform quality assurance on annotations and production cases.
• Contribute to annotation guidelines, evaluation frameworks, and clinical documentation.
• Partner with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to improve AI products and clinical workflows.

• 6th‑year medical student or above (or medical school graduate).
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Interest in AI and familiarity with LLMs.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in medical annotation, clinical research, healthcare AI, or medical informatics is an advantage.

• 50% position (~20 hours/week).
• Hybrid role with at least one day per week in the office.
