3+ years of Business Analyst experience with a strong understanding of business operations, business processes, requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

SQL experience with the ability to write and analyze moderately complex queries, work across multiple tables, understand joins and data relationships, and interpret business requirements for technical teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a self-starter mindset. Ideal candidates are curious, proactive, autonomous, and comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business and technology teams by gathering requirements, analyzing data, documenting processes, and supporting the delivery of business solutions. This role will work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges, define requirements, and support the implementation of technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements.
• Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Write and troubleshoot moderately complex SQL queries and work with relational database structures.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, user guides, and reference materials.
• Support software implementation and enhancement projects while adhering to project timelines.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure alignment across systems and initiatives.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end users.
• Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP databases or related SAP technologies.
• Experience utilizing AWS data services and cloud-based data solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• Onsite presence required at the company's headquarters location.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
