Senior Manager, Digital Grid Modernization

• Lead the modernization of digital grid operations and manage service delivery to enhance client support
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure to validate smooth operations and service quality
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain service reliability and availability
• Manage vendor compliance with contractual agreements and service level standards
• Direct service recovery efforts during major incidents to minimize operational impact
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and improvement opportunities
• Craft and convey clear, impactful messages to stakeholders
• Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams through coaching and motivation
• Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks to optimize service delivery and operations
• Coordinate service delivery models and service request processes to meet client needs
• Engage in strategic questioning and storytelling to influence decision-making and drive results

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Advanced ITIL compliance knowledge for grid modernization platform life cycles across IT/OT convergence and distributed energy resource integrations
• Experience leveraging ITSM frameworks for utility service delivery and change management across smart grid and advanced metering infrastructure programs
• Ability to lead strategic questioning with utility stakeholders and align modernization roadmaps with regulatory objectives
• Systems thinking applied to complex grid ecosystems and legacy/emerging technology interdependencies
• Experience directing cross-functional teams through large-scale grid transformation in multi-vendor and regulatory environments
• Ability to validate modernization outcomes with clients and regulators and translate performance metrics into actionable feedback
• Experience developing service standards and governance frameworks for utility client relationships
• Ability to travel up to 60%

Demonstrates expertise in ITIL compliance and IT Service Management frameworks to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency in utility environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders through strategic questioning and effective communication.
