Supply Chain Planning Solutions Architect, Manager

• Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency
• Develop strategies to optimize supply chain operations and increase end-to-end visibility
• Collaborate with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity
• Guide teams in implementing technology and data analytics for a connected supply chain network
• Lead project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills
• Address conflicts and engage in challenging conversations with stakeholders
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct
• Utilise supply chain management software to enhance operational strategies
• Implement cost management and procurement strategies to reduce expenses and increase responsiveness
• Lead teams and manage client accounts
• Confirm project success and maintain standards
• Identify opportunities contributing to the firm's success
• Provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
  Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing
• At least one of the following:
  Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
• Proficiency in supply chain management software
• Analytical thinking to optimize supply chain performance
• Experience managing complex supply chain transformation projects
• Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement processes
• Experience leading initiatives in supply chain risk management
• Ability to travel up to 60%
