Position Title:
Project Crew
Full-time and part-time positions available.

Position Summary: Works with the Project Crew to complete special projects, as assigned, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, window washing, deep cleans, post-construction cleans, etc. Works as a team to ensure quality customer service and a professional finished product.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule,
• Completes assignments on task schedules specific to individual accounts in a timely manner,
• Works with the Cleaning Supervisor to complete assigned workload and receive constructive work performance feedback,
• Performs all tasks assigned on shifts and makes necessary adjustments in case of call offs or no shows,
• Reports any customer complaints and requests to the Project Crew Supervisor in a timely manner,
• Follows compliance with safety and OSHA regulations as projects are completed,
• Uses proper PPE where required,
• Opens and locks facilities, enables and disables security systems as required,
• Performs other duties as required.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 55lbs.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a floor tech is highly desired but not required·
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
