Maintenance Coordinator – Bickford Senior Living
Base pay range: $23.75/hr – $26.25/hr.
Join our dynamic team at Bickford Senior Living as a Maintenance Coordinator! The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that the Branch is clean and in good working order, using their expertise to provide a safe and well‑kept home for our residents.

- Part‑time employees (29 or fewer hours per week) eligible for voluntary life and voluntary short‑term disability.
- Benefits begin the month following 30 days of employment.

- Daily pay available.
- Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence that reflects the quality of care provided to residents.
- Prioritize and complete all maintenance tasks promptly.
- Address maintenance issues and notify the Director when outside services are required.
- Ensure all apartments are move‑in ready within 3 days after move‑out.
- Assist in arranging service contracts and bids as assigned.
- Promptly complete items from Maintenance Request forms.
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance Work Schedule to ensure timely completion.
- Order supplies and chemicals as assigned.
- Recognize emergency situations and respond using applicable Bickford procedures.
- Ensure equipment remains in working order and is used safely.
- Complete as required Resident Monitoring System Testing Procedure Checklist.
- Complete Exit Door Inspection Checklist as scheduled.
- Perform emergency tests according to the Preventive Maintenance Work Schedule.
- Store chemicals securely, label, and use per directions, wearing appropriate PPE.
- Maintain OSHA compliance while working in the Branch.
- Complete tasks necessary to comply with all applicable state and federal regulatory agencies.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Willingness to take additional training or education as required by state.
- CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in organization and time management.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
