Branch Manager (Project Management)
Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for driving growth and success in the staffing industry? We're seeking an ambitious Branch Manager to take the helm of our Bloomington branch and lead our team to new heights within the light industrial staffing industry.
Compensation: $60-$75k + Commission
Schedule:
In-office, travel locally. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
- Lead and grow the branch by driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, manage a team of recruiters, and achieve revenue targets through sales efforts.
- Serve as an individual producer, leveraging advanced selling methodologies to drive new-logo acquisition, develop competitive pricing models and proposals, and build customer service frameworks that support sustained branch growth.
- Develop and/or lead training to enhance the skill level of recruiting teams.
- Provide ongoing training and development, coaching (one-on-one and team-building) for staff.
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis, educate clients/staff on industry trends, and develop/provide solution-based options to clients.
- Command the budget process and execution of the branch budget.
- Perform ongoing formal and informal performance measurement and management to drive accountability with direct reports, and review and recommend compensation adjustments.
- Enforce staff compliance with all employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Workers Comp., Unemployment).
- Be able to work flexible hours and be on-call, when necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of management or sales experience in a staffing environment
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong affinity for business development, including service and marketing calls
- Troubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clients/candidates
- Experience coaching skills and providing feedback to candidates/staff
- Strong PC skills as these are critical to our success in this role
- Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver's License and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job duties

Physical Requirements:
To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand/eye coordination, arm/hand/finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information.
The staff associate is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
