Position

Department Manager – Bloomington, IL

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door service department.
  • Promote and participate in process improvements and identify opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Communicate regularly with management to review business results, share observations, and provide feedback.
  • Communicate with customers, ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered.
  • Improve field force performance through daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to staff for continued success and future advancement.
  • Lead monthly sales and performance department meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum of four (4) years of personnel managing experience (equivalent education/experience acceptable).
  • Ability to communicate with customers and consistently exceed satisfaction expectations.
  • Experience reviewing customer survey data and responding to concerns.
  • Commitment to a high standard of safety and compliance with all safety laws and policies.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work on-site in Bloomington, IL.
