Sales Management Trainee Intern- Bloomington, IL Fall

Our interns take on the same challenges as our full‑time professionals in a team‑based environment.

This part‑time position starts Tuesday, September 1 and lasts for 90 days at our rental office in Bloomington, IL (1206 Veterans Pkwy, Bloomington, IL 61704).

During the internship you’ll manage a fleet of vehicles, care for customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. You will complete intern projects, engage in friendly competition with peers, and may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must be a senior enrolled for the upcoming semester and set to graduate in December 2026.
• Must have 6 months of customer service, sales and/or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10 to 11‑week commitment (no more than 90 days) with availability to start during Tuesday, September 1.
• Must be available to work 25 hours/week.
