PositionDepartment Manager – Commercial Service Department (Bloomington, IL)
Job Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door service department.
- Promote and participate in process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with management to review business results, share observations, and provide feedback.
- Communicate with customers, ensuring the highest quality of service has been provided.
- Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews.
- Lead monthly sales and performance department meetings.
- Devise, provide leadership for, and develop staff through effective communication, coaching, training, and development for continued success and future advancement.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred and a minimum of four (4) years of experience managing personnel; an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.
- Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations.
- Review customer survey data and respond to customer concerns.
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and policies.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to work on-site at our Bloomington, IL location.
$66,332 - $102,814 USD
