Role Overview
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) oversees the profitability and operational excellence of service engagements, managing escalations, ensuring compliance with service agreements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will DoImplement process improvement initiatives, plan and execute program and delivery management strategies, lead and mentor the service delivery team, cultivate strong customer relationships, and drive resource upskilling and development.
