Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, complex regulator-facing data and AI modernization program. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and execution of an Agile program operating across technical and business work streams.

• Provide overall program leadership and accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and performance
• Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners, including supervision, economists, data scientists, executive leadership, and governance bodies
• Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance
• Establish and oversee PMO governance, reporting, and performance management metrics
• Lead Agile program execution, including roadmap development, release planning, and dependency management
• Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge-up / surge-down activities
• Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple technical work streams
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior client and Guidehouse leadership

• US citizenship is required
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading large-scale IT and data programs
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial management, and PMO oversight
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies
• PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification

• Prior experience supporting financial services regulators
• Experience managing cloud, Snowflake, or data platform modernization programs
• AI and advanced analytics program experience
• SAFe or additional Agile certifications
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Snowflake, etc.)
• Experience engaging with governance or executive oversight committees
