Global Product Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead global product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across a diverse HR product portfolio
• Define and execute product vision aligned with business strategy, client needs, and market opportunities
• Drive operational and technological transformation to modernize product delivery
• Oversee end-to-end product management including ideation, design, build, launch, and optimization
• Deliver commercial outcomes such as revenue growth, margin expansion, and product adoption targets
• Lead a large, global team operating effectively within a complex matrix across regions, consulting, technology, and sales
• Champion innovation, including responsible application of AI and advanced analytics to enhance product capabilities

• 10+ years of senior product leadership experience
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new products globally
• Experience leading and managing large, global teams (100+)
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable plans
• Experience with AI-enabled products and data-driven decision-making
• Consulting experience, particularly within strategy, digital or transformation, HR consulting, or related domains
