Job Summary
Controls Project Manager – Willowbrook, IL.
Responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects. Leads the project team and serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and developing internal and external communication plans.
- Review contract documents to identify risk and develop mitigation plans.
- Financially manage all project aspects: cash flow, monthly forecasts, cost at completion, expense monitoring, collections support, reporting analysis, and backlog reviews.
- Oversee subcontractor RFQ process, award subcontracts, and manage subcontractor execution.
- Collaborate with technicians and subcontractors to establish task schedules, communicate progress, and review plans, specifications, and control submittals.
- Manage change orders, recommend solutions, facilitate quotes, and close orders with sales team and estimating support.
- Lead all project administration: construct contract content, validate scope, cost, and schedule, manage compliance, documentation, safety guidelines, and maintenance of project schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC/BAS Controls and Project Management experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective resource and manpower planning.
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months; no major or frequent traffic violations.
Willowbrook, IL (On‑Site, 5 days a week).
CompensationAnnual Base Salary Range: $91,516.66 – $ (Salary). Incentive eligible:
