• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the commercial door service department
• Promote and participate in process improvements, looking for opportunities to do things more effectively and efficiently
• Communicate regularly with members of management to review business results, share observations, and provide feedback
• Communicate with customers, ensuring the highest quality of service has been provided
• Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews
• Manage, provide leadership for, and develop staff through effective communication, coaching, training, and development for continued success and/or for future advancement
• Lead monthly sales and performance department meetings
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a minimum of four (4) years of experience managing personnel; an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered
• Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations
• Review customer survey data, respond to customer concerns
• Committed to a high standard of safety, and willing and able to comply with all safety laws and policies
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Ability to work on‑site at our Bloomington, IL location

Pay Range
: $66,332 USD - $102,814 USD. This range is an estimate; actual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, skills, and other factors.
