Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door service department
- Promote and participate in process improvements, looking for opportunities to do things more effectively and efficiently
- Communicate regularly with members of management to review business results, share observations, and provide feedback
- Communicate with customers, ensuring the highest quality of service has been provided
- Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews
- Manage, provide leadership for, and develop staff through effective communication, coaching, training, and development for continued success and/or for future advancement
- Lead monthly sales and performance department meetings
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred and a minimum of four (4) years of experience managing personnel; an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered
- Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations
- Review customer survey data, respond to customer concerns
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety, and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and policies
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Ability to work on-site at our Bloomington, IL location
$66,332 – $102,814 USD (annual)
