Senior Project Manager

• Meeting on a regular basis with stakeholders to ensure that they are well-managed and have line of sight into their operations, project plans, and horizontal requests
• Utilizing a variety of business intelligence (Quicksite, Tableau), project management (JIRA), and analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) to support their stakeholders
• Solving problems analytically - understanding how to join disparate data sets in an Excel or Google Sheets format to solve problems and convey a solution
• Exhibiting a demonstrated track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage tasks and related expectations
• Exhibiting outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts - Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
• Displaying a passion for coaching and developing delivery teams through leadership
• Having excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
• Having demonstrated experience in various project management / problem solving methodologies (waterfall, agile, design thinking, etc.)
• Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities using multiple data-driven approaches

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• At least 2 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
• At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with a proficiency in joining disparate data sets to analyze and solve challenges
• Master’s Degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree (preferred)
• 5+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of model risk management experience in a regulated financial institution (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience working with and applying the standards set forth in supervisory letters guiding model risk management, to include OCC Bulletin 2011-12 and FRB SR 11-7 (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience using JIRA or Github for Project Management (preferred)
• 1+ year(s) of JIRA Project Administrator experience (preferred)
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP) (preferred)
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma certification, or other Project Management Certification (preferred)

Demonstrates strong project management capabilities with a focus on stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and problem-solving methodologies. Proficient in utilizing business intelligence and project management tools to drive project success and continuous improvement.
