Shipping​/Packer Westermeyer Industries

We are looking for a Shipping/Packer who will be responsible for ensuring products are correctly labeled and protected during shipping. This position includes the ability to communicate and be organized, and must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Salary: $18–$20 per hour. Full time, 40–50 hours per week, Non‑Exempt.

• Weighing packages and labeling products appropriately
• Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged
• Inspecting shipping containers to ensure they meet shipping regulations
• Sealing shipping containers and labeling them appropriately
• Protect products using packing supplies to ensure products will arrive undamaged
• Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred but not required

• Lifting, standing, walking, sitting, climbing, bending
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening and criminal background check
