Responsibilities
- Provide site leadership and direction for production, maintenance, engineering, EHS, sanitation, and production planning
- Drive accountability of KPI's for site personnel
- Collaborate and resolve issues focusing on company Core Values
- Direct and coordinate site activities for optimum efficiency and economy of operations
- Review daily production scheduling and sequencing to meet planned schedule attainment
- Oversee and administer site’s budget
- Experience with USDA regulations and requirements
- Ability to ensure proper inventory levels
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods to sustain Food Safety and Quality expectations
- Capability to instill a culture of safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility
- Skills in coaching, mentorship, talent development, and performance management
