Silgan Plastics is seeking a 12 Hour Shift Packer (Nights) to support the production floor on a nightly schedule in Flora, Illinois. The role involves stocking machines with boxes, tape and bags, assisting with breaks, and ensuring smooth product flow to finished goods staging.
You will participate in line sorts, perform quality checks (2x per shift) and help with packing as needed, with a rotating weekly schedule. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
